He is survived by: his wife Kim; his sons, Gerard Lewis of Roland, OK and Dylan Lewis of Roland, OK; his grandchildren, Tanner, Garrett and Kyler; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Lewis of Roland, OK, Stephanie Akin of Roland, OK, Brandon Lewis of Pocola, OK and Aaron Lewis of Roland, OK. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
