He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ray Adams, Sr. and Donne Brisco Adams; and his daughter Christy Adams. He is survived by: his close friend Donna Muncy; his children, Lisa Adams of Las Vegas, David Adams III of California and John Adams of California; and his siblings, Barbara Knox of California, Sharon Knox of California and James Adams of California.
