Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel - Fort Smith (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
