It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Wagner in Roland, Oklahoma, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on July 30, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Wagner and William Wagner; and his daughter Mary Susan Wagner. He is survived by: his daughter Debora McGrath of Sallisaw, OK; and his sisters, Dorothy Simms of Oregon and Billie Hartig of Michigan. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
