He was predeceased by: his son Hunter Creekkiller; his grandchildren, Kalen and Taylor; and his grandparents, Cecil Qualls, Hooley Flynn and Margie Flynn.
He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn Sue Qualls (Flynn) of Muldrow, OK and Teddy Wayne Qualls; his daughter Briana Qualls (Dylan Harding) of Muldrow, OK; his grandchildren, Cambree Coleman, Ryker Qualls, Nevaeh Harding, Braxton Espinoza, Gage Creekkiller and Zayden Creekkiller; his siblings, Carla Brown (David) and Jason Qualls (Daisy); his nieces and nephews, Kara Cherry, Hannah Lynch, Joshua Brown, Tyler, Bryce, Cooper and Fisher Qualls; his father-in-law Jerry Creekkiller; and his close friend Shannon Creekkiller.
