Smith, AR; his children, Jerry Canavan of Beau Foot, SC, Tony Canavan of Beau Foot, SC and Marian Dewberry of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Melvin Fields Jr., Delores Sanders of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Sandi Fields Lynch of Stockton, CA; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
