He is survived by: his mother Joyce Stoops; his wife Ellen Marie Kelley; his children, Michael Lowe (Erica), William Kelley, Jr., Casey Vandever and Jessica Vandever; and his siblings, Joe Kelley and Sonja Buddhacharya. He is also survived by five grandsons; one granddaughter.
