She was predeceased by: her father Paul James; and her grandparents, Robert, Mattie Underwood, Curney and Moneta Allen.
She is survived by: her mother Correna Faye Underwood Allen; her husband Thomas Boulware; her children, Crystal Stehr (Shane) of Borger, TX, April Hunley, Ada and Matt Branscum (Cheri); her siblings, Michael Allen (Pamela), Nathan Allen, Jalina McCutchen (Mac) and Brooklyn Allen; and her grandchildren, Drew Dixon, Emily Dixon, Brooklynn Branscum, Caleb Dixon, Lane Branscum, Gracie Hunley, Mattie Branscum and Hudson Branscum.
