He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Webster and Edwina Bernadette Heminger Smith; his sister Glenda Lynn Watson; his aunt Helen Smith; and his niece Stephanie Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Louise Lewis; his children, Michael Christopher Smith (Rachel) of Ada, Tashina Delozier of Ada and Otokahe Redbird (Dylan) of Ada; his brothers, Clyde Martin Smith of Sulphur and Floyd Gene Smith (Jeana) of Anadarko; and his grandchildren, Naomi Coulson, Journie Redbird, Taevyn Delozier, Tobyn Delozier, Luke Smith, Tauryn Delozier and Jaiden Redbird. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
