He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alva and Sarah Loretta Eppler Summers. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Jackson; his children, Johnathan Zeb Summers, Matthew Ryan Summers, Jennifer Jo Summers and Rachel Marie Summers; his brother David Summers (Glenda); and his grandchildren, Jacob Summers, Bo Summers and Grayson Summers.
