He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Williams; his daughters, Genia Phillips, Cheryll McCarn (Carl), Davis and Lisa Anderson; his grandchildren, Chris, Krystina Phillips, Becki Hankins, Robert Phillips, Dustin, Ashley Kirk, Josh Utley, Julie Pennington, McKenzie, Jed Smith, Spencer Phillips and Melody Stokes; and his siblings, Mary L. Mays and Charles Phillips. He is also survived by nephews and six nieces; 10 great-nephews; and three great-nieces.
