He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duty and Lottie Lorene Griffin Duty; and his siblings, Houston Duty, Edna Mae Miller, Virgie Gillispie, Mary Lou Garrett, Martha Baker and Jessie Graham.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Teresa Lynn of Sulphur, Wade Duty of Sulphur and Tina Duty of Roff; his siblings, Lois Durham and Phillip Duty (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Sidney Lynn of Moore and Preston Lynn of Rogers, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
