He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda "Florene" Lady Swart; his parents, Herman Swart and Bessie Swart; and his siblings, Georgia Owen, Gladys Cacey, Charles, Mearl, Earl, Lewis and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Gary (Ruby) of Yukon and Marla Harper (Jackie) of Cordell; his grandchildren, April Menge (Donald) of El Reno, Shara Garmon (David) of Cordell, Chad Gorshing (Christian) of Oklahoma City and Ashton McMahan (Steve) of Mangum, Oklahoma.; his great grandchildren, Paige Owens (Ethan) of Yukon, Kaylee Wendt (Kade) of Weatherford, Kyle Menge (Jordan) of Mustang, Kara Menge of El Reno, Alyssa Gorshing of Oklahoma City, Kaytem Garmon of Weatherford, Elizabeth and Eli McMahan of Mangum; his great great grandchild Brooks Owens of Yukon, Oklahoma.; his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Barrett of Visalia and Rachel Swart of Centerville; and also Kyle Harper (Makenzie) of Cordell, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members.
