He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Forrest and Myrtle Forrest. He is survived by: his spouse Nancy; his children, Leisa (Emmett Thompson) of Tahlequah, Brenda (Tim Younger) of Colcord and Darin; his wife Karri of Clearwater, Florida; his grandchildren, Amanda (Cliff Neamon) of Shawnee, Karin and Cyndi Thompson-Wise of Yukon; and his great grandchildren, Jheti and Tallyn.
