He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Pope and Carol Pope (Curry); his children, Cary Brent Pope and Amber Leeann Pope; his son-in-law Frankie Dawes; and his brothers-in-law, Milton Skaggs and Buck Salmon.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his sister Marsha Pope of Springfield, MO; his granddaughter Chays Dawes (Daniel) of Tulsa, OK; his great grandchild Ava; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Larkin (Richard) of Drumright, Kay Evans (Brent) of Garber, Marie Allen of Claremore and Robbie Levy (Scott) of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews that he loved as his own, cousins as well as extended family members, and a host of friends.
