Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Verna Unruh of Ringwood, Oklahoma, born in Alden, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 98, on November 24, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Pekrul and Carrie Pekrul (Koehn); her former husband Walter Wedel; her daughter Lois Ann; and her sons-in-law, Ron Koehn and Virgil Campbell.
She is survived by: her husband Loren Unruh; her daughters, Karen Campbell of Ringwood and Connie Shaffer (C. E.) of Ringwood; her grandchildren, Troy Koehn (Leslie) of Pratt, Sheldon Koehn of Ringwood, Annette Pfeiffer (Jim) of Alva, Gary Campbell (Kim) of North Carolina, Marty Shaffer (Ladena) of Ringwood and Wally Shaffer (Katie) of Perry; and also Shirley Pekrul. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, eighteen great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the New Hopedale Mennonite Church through the funeral home.
