He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Koehn. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his sons, Ryan Koehn and Eric (Denae); his mother Joy Belle Koehn of Ringwood, OK; his sister Kara (Dennis Harrell) of Tulsa, OK; and his grandsons, Eli, Noah and Nathaniel Koehn.
