She was predeceased by: her mothers, Pearl Bush and Eva Bush; her husband James Wellman; and her brother Gene Bush. She is survived by: her sons, Jay R, Steven and Jack; her brother Glen; and her stepchildren, Denise and Jimmy. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
