He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Louise Ary Witter of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his sons, Jeremy Quaid of Tulsa and Josh Quaid (Alicia) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his siblings, Lisa Rowe of Broken Arrow, Angela Charlesworth (Don) of Broken Arrow, Donny Quaid of Tulsa and Scott Quaid (Lorna) of Claremore, Oklahoma; his granddaughter Katie Quaid of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his nieces and nephews, Abagail Charlesworth, Tim Rowe, Christina Merritt, Ellisha Johnson (Nick), Joseph Quaid and Donovan Quaid (Katie); and his great-nephew Hawthorne Johnson. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
