He was predeceased by: his parents, P. D. Black and Minnie Black (Carnahan); his former wife Charlene Thorpe; his son Terry; and his siblings, Billy Joe Watkins and Carol Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Black; his children, Donnie Black, Sharon Black, Scott Black and Stacy Feiertag; his stepchildren, Doni Tolliver (Jon), Scott Skinner (Summer) and Kyle Skinner (Janea); his grandchildren, Chris Black (Michela), Theresa Black, Monte'Black, Chausse'Freeman, Kalie Feiertag and Tyler Feiertag; and his stepgrandchildren, Hunter Tolliver, Logan Roberts (Jakus), Case Tolliver (Olivia), Easton Tolliver, Emma Skinner, Jack Skinner and Kate Skinner. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
