He is survived by: his mother Vickie Lou Prewitt (Armstrong); his sister Melissa Stephens of Moore; his brother-in-law Cecil Stephens of Ponca City; his grandmother Edna Holloway of Oklahoma City; his uncles, Sam Armstrong of Ringling, Bobby Armstrong of Oklahoma City and Tim Armstrong (Lisa) of Yukon; his niece Kearstyn Stephens; and his nephew Nicholas Stephens.
