She was predeceased by: her parents, O. L. Ladd and Hiness Ladd (Mayfield); her husband Kenneth Longest; and her siblings, Tommy Ladd and Peggy McLelland.
She is survived by: her children, Donny Longest (Karen) of Shawnee, Robin Longest (Vernonda) of Ringling, Kim Longest (Stacey) of Wichita Falls, TX and Kenda Capps (James) of Atoka; and her sister Billie Phelps (J.) of Garland, TX. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
