It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Brooks of Ringling, Oklahoma, born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Brooks and Jenny M. Brooks (Seacoy); his grandson Logan Brooks; and his stepson Daniel Hudson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Brooks; his children, Brent Brooks (Cindy), Brian Brooks, Bruce Brooks (Yi-Ping) and Barb Wells (Rob); his siblings, Goldie Dille and Jesse Brooks (Phyllis); his stepchildren, Tom Hudson, Bill Hudson and Armeda Smith (Bob); and his sister-in-law Pat Piccolo. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren; 16 step-great-grandchildren.
