He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Dick" Sullins. He is survived by: his mother Billie Sullins; his wife Teddi Bonewell; his children, Cody Sullins (Elisha), Adam Sullins (Julie) and Stephanie Treiner (Ben); his sister Sherri Roland (Collie) of Clearwater, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Trent Buchanan, Logan Buchanan, Hunter Buchanan, Elyssa Sullins, Caydon Sullins, Adaleigh Sullins, Gus Sullins, McKenna Treiner, Kylie Treiner and Jaycie Treiner.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Trout Funeral Home of Perry (1408 N 7th St, Perry, OK 73077). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Nazarene (829 Jackson St, Perry, OK 73077).
