She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve and Eva Mae Panach (LeVaIIey); and her brothers, Jim Panach and John Panach. She is survived by: her husband Claude Prusa; her children, Shelly Brown (Darryl) of Garber, Derek Prusa of Red Rock, Christopher Prusa (Crystal) of Perry, Branden Prusa (Sarah Prusa) of Lone Wolf and Lori Miller (Dalton) of Perry; her grandchildren, Colton Neely, Brianna Neely, Ryan Neely, Jaxon Neely, Kaylee Jane Prusa, Kristin Prusa, Miley Prusa, Bentley Prusa, Kaiden Prusa, Kerri Prusa, Hailey Miller, Joshua Miller and Alyssa Miller; and her sister Susan Novotny of Owasso.
