He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Whitehorn and Elsie Whitehorn (Springer); and his brothers, Ronald, Johnny and Randall Whitehorn.
He is survived by: his significant other Chris Whitehorn; his children, Brandon Whitehorn of Tulsa and Angela Whitehorn of Red Rock; and his grandchildren, Aeralyn Whitehorn, Nylah Whitehorn, Alayna Whitehorn, Tylan Whitehorn, Miah Pratt, Isalah Whitehorn and Aliyah Whitehorn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
