He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Sullins and Flova Sullins; his wife Norma Jean Foreman; his son Daniel; his sister Katharine; his brother-in-law Marion Veach; his brothers, Keith (Charlotte Sullins), Kenneth (Evelyn Sullins) and Delbert (Joyce Sullins); and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Cooper and Marie Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Kathryn) and Valinda Sullins; his brothers-in-law, J. A. Megenity and Charles Hopper; his nieces and nephews, Johnny Sullins, Dale Megenity, Joyce Ring and Elaine Lauterbach; his grandson Zane (Trina); his great grandchildren, Emlee Danielle of Red Rock and Cooper Wayne Sullins of Red Rock; his granddaughter Kailey Danielle Sullins of Cleburne, Texas.; his sisters-in-law, Clara Megenity and Donna Hopper; his nieces and nephews, June Snider, Karen Root, Cheryl Sharp, Jennifer Dugan, David, Clark, Harold, Doug Sullins, Chuck and Craig Cooper; and also, Roy, Elsie Foreman and Red Rock.
