She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Goad, Sr.; her sons, Johnnie Goad, Jr. (Janet) of Ponca City and Ronnie Goad (Leesa) of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Tyler James Goad of Red Rock, Courtney Goad of Ponca City, Wade Goad (Meagan) of Bartlesville, Jordan Goad of Ponca City and Kylie Goad of Ponca City; her great grandchildren, Sage Goad, James Goad, Kaylee Goad, Madison Miles, McKenzie Miles, Lee Goad, Lena Goad, Lila Goad, Olivia of Washington, Sterling Goad and Diesel Goad; and her siblings, Judy Graham (Robert) of Red Rock, Cecil Seagroves (Dorothy) of Guthrie, Lenora Poore (Mark) of Texas, Tommy Seagroves of Oklahoma and Phyllis Graham (Darold) of Lela. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
