He was predeceased by: his son Jon David Smith; and his grandparents, Bessie Smith, Gertrude and Raymond Reddin. He is survived by: his parents, Alfred Smith and Gertrude Smith (Reddin) of Cement, Oklahoma; his daughters, Tajah Smith of Red Oak, Charmyn Smith of Talihina and Courtney Smith of Talihina; and his siblings, Alfred Smith Jr. of Antlers, Daniel Smith of Cement, Albert Smith (Joyce) of Leflore, Bessie Ott (Steve) of Krebs, Tammy Chaney (Richard) of Cement and Rita Looney (Randy) of Red Oak. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
