He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Holly and Alice Holly (Stark); and his siblings, Ed Holly and Francine Rozell. He is survived by: his wife Janice Holly (Swanzy); his son Michael Patten (Leslie) of Red Oak; and his siblings, Charles Holly (Pam) of Red Oak, Bob Holly (Kim), Wilma Hilburn of Red Oak, Louise Ray of Red Oak and Doris Wagnon of Prior. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
