He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Parker and Joan Parker; his parents-in-law, J. C. and Joyce Raynor; and his brother Jeffrey Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Jarita Parker; his daughter Jessica Zavala (Auggie) of Santa Paula, California; his stepson Jericho Rutledge of Red Oak; and his sisters, Rebecca Watkins (Charles) of Red Oak and Tracy Parker of Red Oak. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a host of friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Red Oak First Baptist Church (301 N Main St, Red Oak, OK 74563).
