He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hulsey and Louise Hulsey (Cometti). He is survived by: his wife Judy Shank; his sons, Danny (Pam), Brian (Arla) and Dustin (Brandi); his grandchildren, Jacalyn, Jenna, Colton, John Patrick II, Brileigh, Sage, Scottlynn and Stetson; and his sister Margaret Marr (Jimmy) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.
