He was predeceased by: his parents, William Whitmore and Sarah Elizabeth Hallmark (Suther); his former wife Ina Faye Hallmark; his sons, Randy Hallmark and Stanley Strang; and his siblings, Mendal, Roger Hallmark, Ellen Middleton, Ann Clark and Billie Shasteen.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hallmark; and his daughters, Terrie Faye Hallmark and Angela Moody (Dan). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family and friends.
