He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Arpealer and Julia Arpealer (Idell); his wife Mary Anna; his grandchildren, Garrett and Addison; and his sister Levetta Grizzle.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Arpealer, Jr. of Rattan, OK and Cynthia Morris (Michael) of Yukon, OK; his grandchildren, Stefani, Samantha, Raylee, Brycen, Alexis, Caden, Grayson, Ian, Davis and Mason; and his sisters, Karen Spalding of Antlers, OK and Jauquetta Trotter of Antlers, OK. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
