He was predeceased by: his mother Dollie Marie Oxford (Smart); his daughter Carla Mae Oxford; his father Bill Oxford; and his brother James Oxford. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Mae Oxford; his children, Carol Glenn (Richard) of Velma, Charles "Chuck" Oxford (Peggi) of Velma and Bob Oxford; his grandson Allen Glenn of Kingston; his sister Pat Martin of Countyline; and his great grandchildren, Kassidee, Paislee, Mabree, Tyler, Karson and James. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
