She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Burk (Steve) of Lindsay, OK, Andrea Mize of Wichita Falls, TX and Alicia Schier (Roger) of Ratliff City; her sister Sandra Wortham (Larry) of Marlow; her brother-in-law Michael D. Hanks (Lou Ann) of Santa Clarita, CA; her grandchildren, Aaron Gardner (Tabetha), Brandon Burk (KeeLee) of Mustang, Amanda Burk of Edmond, Derek Schier (Jerra) of Tussy, Ashley Burk of Lindsay and Kaylee Schier of Durant; her great grandchildren, Jace Schier, Kinsey Burk, Isaac Gardner, Ariel Gardner and Ezra Gardner; and also, Cassie Foster of Ratliff City and Many.
