It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqueline Sue Kelly of Ratliff City, Oklahoma, born in Artesia, California, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Quenton Jack and Marla Fayne Jackson (Monroe); her son Joel Ray Kelly; and her niece Rebecca Jackson Guzman. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Kelly (Tony); her children, Pamela Bearden (Austin) of Kiefer, OK and Cody Hall of Enos, OK; her grandchildren, Karley, Kailey, Kenzley Bearden and Cassidy Hall; and her brothers, Darryl Jackson (Valerie) and Jimmy Jackson (Carol). She is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.
