He is survived by: his son-in-law Mike; his wife Linda; his children, Shelly Johnston (Mike) and Cary Dale Tivis (Sonja) of Ratliff City; his siblings, Barbara Tivis, Kenneth Tivis and Derrel Tivis; his grandchildren, Tanya Stark (John), Rusty Jones (Dani) and Hillary Tivis; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Brecken Stark, Cooper Bray, Crew, Jase and Kolby Jones.
