He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Clayton Jensen (Kellee) of Moore, Alexia Ballard of Elmore City, Oklahoma Ty Ballard of Paoli and Oklahoma Katlyn Thomason (Kyle); his parents, Rick Ballard and Angela Ballard of Elmore City; his brothers, Cody Ballard of Wichita Falls, Texas Dylan Looney of Ravia and Oklahoma Destry Looney of Kingston; his grandparents, Granny Bench and Odell Bench; and also, Oklahoma Don Looney of Calera and Hope Bench.
