He is survived by: his wife Joan Rushing of Randlett; his children, Thomas Rushing Jr. (Tania) of Iowa Park, Darla Lemmon (Kyle) of Wichita Falls, Kenneth Rushing (Jessica) of Hamilton, Tammy Taylor (Shane) of Commanche and Jody Chavis (Michelle) of Spring Branch; his grandchildren, Thomas Rushing III (Rachel) of Jones, OK, Tyler Rushing (Brittany) of Iowa Park, Ashley Hall (Chip) of Holliday, Melissa Berry (Neal) of McKinney, Andrew Chavis (Sarena) of Saginaw, Taylor Chavis of Arlington, Cameron Chavis (Kiara) of La Mesa, CA, Rance Rushing (Meredith) of Rockwall and Raylie Rushing of Athens; and his siblings, Ronnie Rushing (Della) of Ardmore, OK, Francine Benson of Burkburnett and Renee Vandenberg of Devol, OK. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
