He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean Looney (Swinney) and Chester Looney. He is survived by: his wife Tenya Looney; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Patricia Looney of Randlett, OK; his grandchildren, Michael Parker and Heather Micka (Craig); his great grandchild Nixon Micka; his siblings, Gary Looney of Randlett, Randy Looney (April), Ralph Looney of Randlett, Nancy Lowery (Jimmy) and Peggy Carr (Michael); and his mother-in-law Joyce Lowery of Randlett. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
