He is survived by: his wife Stella; his children, Richard "Rick" Jr. (Shelby Cook) of Hillsboro, TX., Scott Leroy Davis of Ramona, OK, Aaron Braden Cook of Ramona, OK, Kelly Davis (Mike Davidson) of Oklahoma City and Sherri Lynn Davis of Ramona, OK; and his sister Nellie Ruth Key. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be sent to the Ramona American Legion 400 Veterans Blvd. Ramona, OK 74061.
