She was predeceased by: her brother Jeff Collins. She is survived by: her parents, Bobby Bush (Theresa) and Linda Lou Rosson (Larry); her husband Steven Toliver; her children, Amy Lou Hergert and Jason Craig Collins (Charlotte); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Carter (Mariah), Taylor Askew (Maria), Morgan Welch, Harley Askew, Evy Askew, Addison Collins, Hazel Askew, Macie Carter, Delilah Askew and Josephine Carter; and her siblings, Donna Burruss, Grady Bush, Mark Bush, Mike Collins and Steve Collins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
