He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Barnes and Viola Barnes; his siblings, Joe, Bill, Ray Barnes and Clara Bell Barnes; and his granddaughter Miranda Barnes.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Rick, Lindsay (Carolyn) and Sydney Barnes (Marla); his grandchildren, Brittney Palomino (Devin), Jordan Barnes, Amanda Barnes, Bailey Barnes, Chase Stevens, Megan Morgan and Adam Barnes; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Barnes, Jovie Coleman and Rexie Palomino.
