He is survived by: his parent Huberta Martin Cagle; his wife Shirley; his daughters, Amy Montgomery (Jon) of Bartlesville and Amber Cagle; his grandchildren, Chase, Katelynn, Nathan and Madison; his siblings, Clayton (Brenda Cagle) of Houston, Texas, Tammy Garcia (Nick) of Denver, Katy Hill of Thorton and Debi Douthit of Owasso; and his father Buddy Cagle of Collinsville.
