She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Andrew and Lena Louise Wickham (Williams); her brothers, George David, Amos Andrew, Herbert and Ernest; and her grandson Peyton Wayne Nichols.
She is survived by: her former husband Harold Nichols; her husband Lester Eugene McCarty; her sons, Gerald Nichols (Tammy), Gary Nichols, Burl Jason Nichols and Travis Nichols (Bridgette); and her siblings, Kenny Wickham, Farrell Inman Jr., Anna Martinez and Sharon Fout. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
