He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Elliott, Sr.; and his brother Tommy Chitwood. He is survived by: his mother Cleo Marie Abbott (Robertson); his grandfather Robert Wesley Robertson, Sr.; his great-grandparent Howard L. Robertson; his children, Kyle Elliott (Samantha) and Amber Elliott of Arkansas; his stepfather Don; his siblings, Robbie Chitwood, Tony Chitwood, Mike Chitwood, Tonya Valencia (Victor) and Linda Parker; his granddaughters, Vada Lou Elliott and Savannah Elliott; and his close friends, Darrell Looney and Deanna McConnell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other dear friends.
The family requests donations in James memory be given to Tipton Children's Home, American Legion Post-Ralston, or the charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
