He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Breen. He is survived by: his wife LuWanda Dalton Breen (Dalton); his children, Janet Gaume-Wakefield (Randy), Linda Breen of Quinlan, TX, Gail Biedermann and William Robert Breen Jr. of Bill's Creek, NC; his grandchildren, Whitney Fair, James Fair (Shannon), Liam Gaume-Wakefield and Dalton Gaume-Wakefield (Alex); and his stepgranddaughter Holly Haley (Ian). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family recommends a donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
