She is survived by: her husband Joe Mantooth; her grandchildren, Cassie Nittert, Erica Zachary and Cody Lewis; her great grandchildren, Jackson Wayne Nittert, Sydney Renea Lewis, Ryan Lewis, Ryelyn Lewis and Alyssa Jane Lewis; and her siblings, Roger (Linda Calvert), Ronnie (Karen Sage), Anita Neilson of Eufaula and Wanda Headrick of Colorado.
