He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances McNeil of Virginia and Thomas McNeil, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Cody McNeil, Casey McNeil, Michael McNeil, Jr. and Jason McNeil of Sedalia, MO.; his grandson Mason McNeil of Norman, OK; and his siblings, Thomas McNeil, Jr., Angleton and Nancy Orchard (Paul).
